Service with best effort In the case of a service subscription as well as a trial version, these services are provided in the best possible effort. The availability of the cloud solution itself, on which the product runs, is less than 99.95%. Despite maximum effort, software availability on this cloud may be even smaller. The system as well as all the data in it are backed up for paying users so that they can be restored in the event of a failure. However, in the last backup, not all changes made by the user before the system backup will be retained. As far as prepaid services are concerned, system failures will be dealt with in the shortest possible working time. Fair policy Only one product user will log in to one account created by registration. The user will not allow access to the product to others. The number and frequency of operations performed by the user with the product will be attributable to the use by the physical user for a maximum of eight hours.
